    Hello fabioamv

The WP Email Template is applied to all mail that passes through the wp-mail() function.

On the dashboard you will see that the Premium version has the advanced feature [Exclude Emails] – see that tab on the admin dashboard. Exclude emails allows admins to exclude emails from other plugins (example BuddyPress) by shortcode or by email subject title.

    Hi Steve,
thanks for your reply, but I don’t think so, cause I don’t want to exclude messages (example BuddyPress), but just overwrite/replace BuddyPress template and others, do you understand what I mean?

The problem is plugin encapsulating the (BuddyPress Template) + (WP Email Template) and sending two templates in the same email, as well as an array.

If I could send you a image of what I’m saying, it could be great.

Or try to register at: http://www.educaretransformar.com.br
you’ll receive an email with this error.

Thanks a lot for help me.

    Hi fabioamv

Thanks for the link. I registered on your site and got the email and see what you mean – there is the BuddyPress template inside of the WP Email Template. I am not that familiar with BuddyPress – bbPress I know well – but it looks as if BuddyPress applies its own HTML template to all email it sends.

    Re this
cause I don’t want to exclude messages (example BuddyPress), but just overwrite/replace BuddyPress template and others,

fabioamv the thing to do would be to deactivate the BuddyPress HTML templates – If you can do that then only the WP Email Template with be applied. I did a bit of searching on the BuddyPress forums for you and there are a number of posts about that – this might help you

    https://buddypress.org/support/topic/how-to-create-plain-text-emails/

Also found this by Google – good post with code example of how to exclude the HTML templates, change the subject title text and more. You will need to know a bit of PHP language or hire someone who does to do this for you.

    Hope that helps

No problem Fabio and thanks for changing the post status to resolved. It is pleasing that you are finding the Free Version meeting your needs. If you would like to write a good review for the Free plugin – that would be most appreciated and help others to find and use the plugin.

    Regards
    Steve
