unfortunately, I have not yet tested the compatibility with the All-in-one Events Calendar, but this theme is developed to be fully compatible with The Events Calendar.

Ok, I guess I will have to be a guinea pig and test it out myself. I don’t know what the differences are between the Ai1c calendar and The Events Calendar, but my client really likes the Ai1c I set up on another site.
If you would like to see The Events Calendar in action, here is a live demo how it looks in combination with the HappenStance theme (it is the Premium version demo, but the layout is exactly the same in both versions).

Oh, that’s helpful. The calendar looks very similar to the Ai1c calendar, except I don’t see the ability to filter the events being displayed in month view by category. That’s one of the things the client requires.
It is only possible to show a category archive, where visitors can select between List/Month/Day views.

I’m running the All-In-One Calendar and it works great (so far). I imported 150 events from iCal, edited them and so far so good. Link here.
