Hi, a customer of ours wants to sell products both to individuals as well as other companies, so I decided to use your plugin for said purpose.

Everything seems ok, there’s not a lot of options, but it does what it’s supposed to. Or so I thought.

I just tried logging in and ordering some products as a company and.. apparently they would get everything for free. Why is that?
I have set a regular price as well as regular prices for both customer and company. I see the normal prices as admin or while not being logged in, but the company prices don’t seem to work.

One more thing. Most products are variable.

    Help please!

    Hi

    Thanks for using my plugin.
Right now I am outside of native. Will be back in next 3-5 days. Sure will check this issue and solve it as soon as possible.

Let me provide you with information so you have something to work with:

I have some new information for you:
    1) the 0$/€ prices only come with variable products. If it’s a simple product, it works. So I cloned all the products and made them “simple”. I hope you can still find a solution for that problem though.

    2) the prices given to the usergroups are wrong, which is weird. Why does it always round the prices, Example: I enter 9,50 but the customer gets to see and pay only 9, the value behind the comma is lost. Can I help you fix this somehow?

Was this problem fixed? I am seeing this as well when I log in as a customer. My products are also variable.

    Fixed? No.
    But there’s a workaround.

The plugin itself is fine as it shows two different prices depending on the user role for simple products.
But it does not work with variable products. At all.

It is also mandatory to use a “.” instead of a “,” as comma when specifying prices.

My workaround: I turned all my products into simple ones via copy paste.
    Takes forever though.

Thanks for the response! That’s a shame, I have too many products that need to be variable. I noticed the customer can’t actually order something that’s $0.00 nothing shows with that price. Still though it would be confusing for them.
