Stars not displayed in Google Serps

    Hi Dario,

    for a short period in the Google serps the stars was displayed without problems. Then the Stars disappear and at the moment no stars are displayed in the Google serps.

    My Site is http:/www.kfz-wert.info
    i use the rating code: [yasr_visitor_votes size=small]
    on each site sometimes together with a multiset.

    The only modification what i did to the Setting is
    the follwing.

    .yasr_schema {
    font-size:6px;
}

    Hi Marcus,

    that kind of change should not be a problem, it text is still readable.

    Sometimes google just change things, driving us crazy ! I’ve tested your on https://developers.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/ and everything seems fine, so you should just pray that snippet will appear again 🙂 (I isuggest hovewer to remove font size 6px, I’m afraid is too small)

    thanks for your Help.

    I can imagine that google change a lot of things always, but can it be a conflict with the Good Reviews Plugin which i use too ?

    Or is it because the font ist to small and google don’t like it ?

    How about IP’ ? are visitor votings IPs for google visible ?

    ah-ah! I’m almost sure that’s why you use 2 plugins that do the same thing….try to disable Good Reviews Plugin and you should have again stars in your serp.

    Hi Dario,

    thanks again for your help Good Reviews Plugin deactivated.
    Stars shows up in the Searchengines.
