How save all page content on computer

I want to close down my website and end my hosting order from my bluehost account. I have a blog on the account. Is it possible to save all the content on my computer so that if I regret one day my decision to end the page, I would be able to just open new hosting and load the file to ftp? So, how do I save every single post and page I have made to my computer?

If I just copy everything from public_htlm, will it save also the content or just the design issues?
