Connection timeout?

    My website is thuthuatapple.tk

    My dashboard load slow, the wordpress news said “RSS Error: WP HTTP Error: Failed to connect to wordpress.org port 80: Connection timed out” and “RSS Error: WP HTTP Error: Failed to connect to planet.wordpress.org port 443: Connection timed out”

    and when im in add new plugin
    it said An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

    It looks like your using a free hosting provider, if you need speed and reliability you would really need to buy a hosting account from a reputable web host.

    Also only add theme or plugin is slow, the others still fast, i also use CDN
