General title and meta description mixed with other SQL databases

Hi,

I got an error really weird related to homepage title and description. General title and meta description sometimes are updated automatically from another SQL database (from another domain) in same dedicated server. This makes SEO titles for homepage get the same value that the another domains (and not the one assigned to my own domain). Many sites being affected getting same values from one or two domains.

Any idea about what could be?
