installing paidmembership pro

    I have just spend some money on paid membership pro when i try to upload i get the message upload failed file /customers/c/9/6/engelandvaarders.co.uk/httpd.www/wp-content/plugins/paid-memberships-pro/

    This appears already to be in my worldpress site and prevents the installation, any ideas how to remove this file

    Have you opened a thread on our support forums? If we didn’t follow up there, give me a link to the thread and I’ll make sure you get help.

    Otherwise, I’m not sure exactly what is going on. When do you get this error? When installing/updating PMPro? Updating an addon? Or trying to upload a media file? Are you using any PMPro addons? Where you hosted?
