Can I order by date while excluding a number of posts at the start?

    I want to show the four most recent posts, however I have four separate content areas to show them in. Is it possible to show the most recent in the first content area, second most recent in second, third in third, and fourth in fourth? I can see doing this by ordering by date descending while excluding the first, first + second, first + second + third posts. Is this at all possible?

    Hey there!

    I think the best way to do it would be to group them into categories, then output each category where desired, ordered by date.

    Then, just put the testimonials you want displayed in each area into the right category and you should be set!

    Would that work?

    Thanks Richard, that was plan B, just thought I’d check and see if there was a way to do it without categories. Thanks again!
