Can I use this to backup from multisite and restore to standalone?

    first of all – many thanks for your question.
    At this time we can’t restore from multisite to standalone WITH THIS plugin, but, if you want – we can do this for you in the separate next versions.
    If you really want this, so please confirm to our support.
