Distorted thumbnail

Hi. I am using Zerif lite with Final Tiles Gallery. I was trying all kind of settings to try to get the thumbnail not to be distorted but no luck. Probably a conflict might be. Tried activating and deactivating plugins as well. No luck. Please advice what could I do. Thank You.
