We did find a bug with the help of @metehan! The fix will be added to the plugin repository ASAP.
I have the same problem
It works perfectly until last week but after upload to the new version 0.5.1 images does not appear.

Plugin can’t create the image directory
“✖ Image cache directory has not been created.
But this is probably because the cache has not been accessed yet.
After accessing your website from a mobile device the directory should be automatically created.

Your problem is most probably the fact that:
✖ Image cache directory has not been created.
And the reason is:
But this is probably because the cache has not been accessed yet.
The problem we spotted with @metehan was an error in the .htaccess. So to sum it up, could you enable the plugin, save the settings and send me the contents of your .htaccess file, please?
