Do you use other security plugin?

Hey there sorry I didn’t notice your response. We have something to hide the login. I deactivated it and it still didn’t work. Are there other plugins that it conflicts with?

    THanks

best bet is always to start by looking for a theme or plugin conflict. Most issues stem from one of those.

I have disabled all plugins one by one and it still does not work. If you look there are several posts about this same issue. If you are logged in you can see the events. We want the general public to see them. (No there is no start date listed in the viewing area.)

Something is wrong with the plugin. We can’t all be using a plugin with a conflict and it works when you are logged in. I don’t think any of the tickets are getting responses with a fix that works.

    Please help. 🙂

This error is happening to more than just me I found several posts by people who this all the sudden started happening to. It works when you are logged in so how would that be a theme conflict? I mean if it was a theme conflict it would never work not just when logged in.

    Please help.

    Hi,

Have you tried to reinstall the plugin? Please follow this steps: http://time.ly/document/user-guide/troubleshooting/perform-manual-upgrade/
