Did you confirm that the PayPal email you’re using is the primary PayPal email by going to your PayPal profile and double checking that?

I confirmed my PayPal email and I have just one email in my profile.
I tryed testing mode using sandbox with my facilitator email and I got the same problem.
So, to resolve that, I am using my-tickets + wp-pagseguro-payments (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-pagseguro-payments/) and it works.
Joe, if you permit, I intend add this payments in my-tickets plugin officially.
There were some problems with PayPal in version 1.1.0 that were fixed in the latest release (1.2.1); have you tried PayPal in that version? It might solve your problem.
You are *entirely* welcome to add your own custom add on for My Tickets with that gateway – thank you!

Joe, I finished the gateway PagSeguro for my-tickets and it is working very well.
Where can I send to you?
Contact me via the support form in the My Tickets “Help” screen and I’ll get back to you promptly. Thanks!
Have the same Problem as gilbertovb.
But i cannot use the solution helped him, because I’m not able to read espanol.
Will it be fixed, soon?
PS: Problem occurs just in test-mode, i guess. Will try a real Transaction later
In test mode, you need to be using a developer account for Paypal. Go to PayPal’s developer site to set up a developer account:
https://developer.paypal.com/developer/accounts
Hi Joe,
I’m also having an issue with Paypal identical to that of gilbertovb – can I confirm that it’s normal when saving the PayPal email and Merchant ID in the admin are and then saving the settings that the form fields for PayPal email and PayPal Merchant ID go back to blank? I’ve also searched the database and cannot see where they are stored, so I’m wondering if it’s not storing them correctly…? ~If it helps I can always send you a screenshot or access to see the problem firsthand…
Like gilbertovb when I try to make a PayPal payment, it says there’s a problem with the sellers email:
We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem.
Thanks, Alex
Ps. I don’t want to look like I’m taking advantage, since your plugins are great and so is your support so I just made a donation!
UPDATE: Just needed to update the plugin plus WordPress core, doh!
Thanks Joe for coming to the rescue…!
