• Hi there,

I’ve tried the MailPoet WP plugin on a separate WP-Installation and I really liked the way it works!

But then, after installing it on my main-WP-page, some mysterious things happened.

    My WP is version 4.2.2
    MailPoet is ver. 2.6.16
I also use WooCommerce ver. 2.3.11

If both plugins are activated, I CAN’T open my WooCommerce product page (!) There’s no error, it simply does nothing (I only get a grey screen). But sometimes with a lot of luck my products will appear after reloading the page (by pressing F5). But mostly it does nothing 🙁

Moreover I can’t edit a newsletter. On page 2 where the edit screen should appear, nothing happens (it’s nearly the same as mentioned above). I only get the subject-line sometimes on a grey screen, but usually nothing happens.

Why is there a conflict using MailPoet and WooCommerce at the same time on a WP installation?

Please help me, I’d really like to use this plugin because it’s freaking easy to use!

Thanks in advance for helping me 🙂

  • Hi,

Can you enable debug mode by going to MailPoet > Settings > Advanced > Show Geeky Options > Enable debug mode (safe php errors)? Then reply with the error message that appears at the top.

    Thanks!
