Hi,
I was wondering as you can ‘Control who can access to download’ as stated in the features of this plugin, does this work with a membership possibility? Is the plugin also able to register/analyse which member downloads what and how many times?

If not, can you advise me on which plugin to use next to this plugin?

Check these two add-ons http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/advanced-access-control/ and http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/download-limit/. May be these two plugins are your desired.

thank you tauhidul alam,

I try to be more specific what I want for my website:

-registration/login where the Admin can allow the new registrant or not;
=download (pdf) files from the website, but only by registered and logged in members;
-possibility for the Admin to check and analyse which member downloaded what and how many times;

And this has to be possible on a premium real estate theme. (any suggestions?)

what kind of membership or registration/login plugin do you advise and which addons of wp download manager do I need to make this all possible?

For managing subscription and membership, wpdm has ad add-on here http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/wp-pro-membership/ 🙂
