But no connection to Admin when user starts a chat?

Great plugin, will check to see if it uses third party, if not I will buy no problem.
Just one ask – allow chat popup when admin when logged into dashboard and not chat plugin so admin can nav to other functionality π

I’m not support, just a member looking for support for my problem. But yes, I think as long as you’re logged into the Admin panel of WP, the chat will pop up. You can test it on your system, just open another tab with your website on it and ititiate a chat.

Please confirm you are using the latest version of the plugin (version 4.4.4) as we have fixed quite a few bugs in the latest releases π
The basic version will only show the chat window when the agent/admin is logged in to the site. The Pro version allows for the chat window to display and accept offline messages when agents are offline.

Yes, I am using plugin version 4.4.4. The chat now connects but disconnects as soon as either party (user or admin) types anything into the chat box.

Yes, on user side. Changed the user email in the errors to “email address” so it would show here and be crawled by bots.
