image shrinks in Safari

I’m having a problem with my headshot image on my ‘about’ page shrinking in Safari. Everything looks normal when I first go to the site, but after returning to the page from my other pages, the image shrinks to the size of a favicon. I hit Safari’s refresh button and then everything looks normal. Not sure what I’m doing wrong. I have no problems in Chrome or Firefox.
