Information in email is vertical

I have the most current version of WordPress and I downloaded the Visual Form Builder. It works pretty good as to what I want it to do. The issue is when someone sends in their application, I get all the information in a vertical formation
ex:
full name:jane doe
address: 123 apple street
sex: male
salary: $40,000

and so forth…

Is there any way this can be fixed? Do I need to purchase the premium pack in order for the information to come out differently?
Or is this the only way the information comes out from a form?

If I can change it from the php file or edit it somehow please let me know
