Hover Share

Hi, I have a very specific issue occurring on my site. I have a timeline on our site with photos on the left and right side of the timeline with icons in the center. When you hover over the center icon, it appears below the picture on the right side of the timeline. Is there a way to force the hover state to appear over the photo? Link below:
