This kind of thing is pretty hard to diagnose and fix. I’m guessing the container of the message is too wide, so it’s pushing other stuff around. The plugin is designed to let the theme do the formatting, so it doesn’t set the width of the message. Due to the differences in how WP themes handle responsive displays, I can’t just give you a code to fix it. You may want to try getting some help with this in your theme support forum.

    Hi there,

Sorry to come back to you on this one.

I have spent some time now going back and forth with both the theme and revolution slider supports.

Because it is perfect before sign up, they believe it is something in the confirmation page that is causing the conflict. Is there anything else you can suggest?

I would really love your help. Even if its just getting the logo back to its correct position.

Let me know, thanking you kindly.

Well it’s pretty typical of theme devs to blame the plugin if they can, I know, I do the same for themes! But the fact is these things interact and you need help.

Really, you need to analyze what’s going on in the HTML and CSS. One of the best ways to do that is to use Firefox on your desktop machine and use the developer tools to simulate the mobile device, you can then see what is going on by using the inspector.

I can’t really help you unless I’m looking at the problem. You can email me a link if that’s possible. support@xnau.com
