    Hello Karl,

    Thank you for the link – can you please advise what model of ipad you have – ipad 2, 3 or mini and what operating system you have on that. Example iOS5, 5.1, 6, 7 etc

    We have tested it this morning in an ipad 3 with iOS6 and iOS 7.0.2 and it is working fine so I think perhaps you have an ipad 2 with an old operating system. Can you please advise what that is so we can run some tests

    the problem is with Ipad Mini 2

    Hi Karl,

    What is your ipad mini 2 operating system – have checked your site on iPad Mini 2 with operating system 8.3 (latest) back to 7 and see it is working fine.
