    That is very strange almost like whatever the issue is that you are trying to repair on your database has corrupted the file.

    To try and resolve the issue please go to myphpadmin and delete that table. Then Deactivate and delete WP Email Template from your site – be sure that the House Keeping Rule is switched ON so that the delete action completely removes all of the plugins tables and data.

    Then reinstall the WP Email Template and activate it. You should then be able to run the Database repair and see something like this

    Repairing database name

    database name.wp_a3_exclude_email_subject OK
