I´m having the same problem. Meta Slider just disappeared from my menu and it´s gone from my site pages: http://ny.zenstudiet.dk.
I can still activate Meta Slider on my pages, but only the Demo Slider is available and works.
I´m using the free version.

Hi there,
Have you recently installed or updated other plugins, try deactivating this and/or other plugins to see if this resolves the issue.
Let us know if it is another plugin and we can investigate further.

Thank you so much.
I managed to fix it by manually deleting the plugin with my ftp-client program. After doing that, I could install the plugin with success, and my own slides are available again.
Still not sure what caused this – but it´s working again now, and I´m very happy.

everything from Meta Slider disappeared or is somehow hiden
im not really happy about because my template Vantage and togehter with woocommerce for my online store required this plugin !
i have no chance to change my slides in it !

If you’re using Vantage the issue will most likely be caused by another plugin.
WooCommerce should also be fine, but if you could deactivate all of the other plugins you should find that Meta Slider works as expected.
Without logging into the admin to see exactly what’s happening I’m afraid we’re limited on the advice we can give you.

to be honest for me it makes absolutly non sense to disable all other plugins just for the reason that Meta Slider is working properly.
An option would it be Meta Slider and the template Vantage to remove
and looking around to something that works !! for Example master-slider !!

Disabling the other plugins would be a temporary action, to determine which is causing the issue. We could then advise further from that point.
