Word Fence

    I installed word fence on a clients website 2 years ago. For some reason the word fence plug in is no longer on the website and the website was hacked. Site Lock told my client that I never installed the plug in for them. I need to show the date that it was installed on the website but it is no longer on the website for me to go back and see the dates. The plug in seems to have been deleted. What can I do? I can give you the website in question. Please help!

    Unless you have backups from that time, you won’t be able to show anything. You might be able to get some access logs from the server if you can get them from the hosting company, but the chances of having anything from that long ago are very remote.

    Also, this may be a long shot, but worth exploring from this plugin’s author if it leaves behind some remnants in the database once you delete this plugin.
