What about multiple images?

    Each time you create a new image post in the parallax scroll section you go to the admin page and it shows you the short code for each image.

    Then jut drop the short code in whichever page you want.

    where i apply shortcode on index page of single page website ?

    Place the shortcode where ever you want the parallax to display on your index page.
