I’m trying to find a way to edit my form, http://natunelist.sensible-strategies.com/suggestion-form-2/ but can’t find it in admin. How or where can I go to get to it?

Looks like you might be using the Smart Forms plugin (I think). You may want to review the documentation and – or – post the question directly to that plugins forum to get a quick(er) response. https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/smart-forms
