    I mistook that account for someone who was spamming – because you were asking the same topic on different accounts from the same location, at relatively the same time. You don’t need to do that by the way, we have a good way of tracking threads that do not have replies. You don’t have to create many accounts and post the same topic multiple times to get an answer.

    Thank you .. yes we made a mistake without realizing who is going to ask the question online- both of us did from the same location …
