Don't collect stats

Hi, our plugin is stopped, does´not collect stats, actually we are using Cloudflare and WP-fastest cache, however I tried doing this unsuccessfully:
Uninstall the Top10 Plugin and install again
deactivate all plugins and change to default wordpress theme
Turn off Cloudflare
Turn off the Load balancer servers
Delete all cache files
You have idea how we can solve the problem please?
