Caption is showing near title and not near featured image

The issue here is the CSS being applied to the actual image. There is a margin being added to the bottom of the image, which is pushing down the caption data. This is likely because the theme author wanted to put space between the featured image and the title, and did not anticipate anything being added between the two.

You’ll want to either reach out to the theme developer to have them change how this is handled and add the margin to the image container, or create a child theme and make the modification yourself.
