Prepaid Booking

I am using woocommerce to book tennis lessons.

We have 2 payment options

1) The simple option people go online book and pay for the lessons.

2) We are actually selling packages 8 lessons for the price of 7. How could this be integrated with your plugin? After booking the 6 lessons can the client received an email letting him know that he has only 1 remaining lesson and that he should buy another package?
