Post Subscriber and Post Submiter all in one

    Hello to all,

    Is there any plugin out here that will do three main and essential functionality? 3 Functionality in one plugin.
    Functionalities:

    Able to register: Simple registration form to be a post subscriber and post writer.

    Post Subscriber: Able to get post when post gets published.

    Post Submitter: Able to write a post when desired.

    I am looking around and I will need two plugins to do this. It should be one plugin that does all in one.

    If anyone knows that would be great if can let me know.
