Theme Customisation is not getting open.

    Theme Customisation is not getting open. I have tried making child theme even. Changed Theme, but nothing working. Somebody told me
    The issue seems to be WordPress installation due to which the customize option does not work.

    We suggest you to reinstall the wordpress installation to resolve the issue.

    To reinstall wordpress
    ===
    1> Take a backup of the wp-content directory, wp-config.php file and database
    2> Reinstall wordpress
    3> Restore the wp-content directory, wp-config.php file and database
    ===
