Suggestion: Resend to those that didn't open a newsletter

Hi,

Most of the time, when you send a newsletter, many users don’t actually open it. Ideally, you would want to re-send the content to them especially if its useful but try a different title.

I would like to suggest adding a feature that would allow us to send to those didn’t open a certain newsletter either by:
1) Having a link next to the clone link that says “re-send” that would automatically clone the newsletter and allows for any changes before sending to a custom list of those that didn’t open.
2) Through the list/members options, allow us to create a list that includes members that didn’t open a certain newsletter. This could be a drop-down to select the newsletter which then add the members to the new list.
