How to Create Pages based on Category?

    I would like to create a Portfolio page based on different category.
    *Current Clients
    *Former Client

    However, on portfolio page i’ve made, it only shows all Current Clients.

    How to create a portfolio page that would only show all Portfolio items under Former Clients Category?
