You could use many methods to do so that range from setting it up at a host but only allowing access by IP in .htaccess, developing the site in a local install, or even just using some obscure sub-domain URL:
http://akdjfhaskldf76df89as7df9adf.example.com (but not for a long dev period of time)
Hi Pionner,
I saw in wordpress that it was possible to have an option “under construction”
But it seem that i don’t have this option in this install of wordpress !!!!
