Grid layout on archive pages – height of entry title

Hi,

I’m using the grid layout for my post archives pages. I’m just wondering how to make each post the same height as it looks on when they are in a row – e.g. if an entry title goes onto two lines and the one next to it is on one line, the boxes are then different heights.
