First off, thank you for creating an awesome plugin. I can definitely see the potential benefits.

My current issue is that the shortcode is not generating the form. Rather, I only see [seamless-donations] on my webpage.

    Steps I’ve taken:
    1. Disabled other plugins that may be interfering
    2. Uninstalled and reinstalled Seamless Donations plugin
    3. Tried shortcode on other pages
    4. Used old dgx shortcode

Any suggestion you have would be helpful.

    Thank you

Here’s the decision tree on this:

If you’re using 3.35 or earlier, the shortcode is [dgx-donate] and that’s all that will work.

If you’re using 4.0 or later, and if you are still in legacy mode (the menu has a gear icon), then the shortcode is also [dgx-donate].

If you’re using 4.0 or later and if your admin menu icon is a palm tree, then your shortcode is [seamless-donations].

Does that help or am I just repeating things you’ve already tried?

    David,

It is 4.0 or later. I’m thinking it must be an issue with the theme.

    Thank you for your response.

Let me know if you still have a problem with it. A quick check would be to switch to one of the standard themes and see if it shows. The shortcode is doing nothing really special, so you should see something. Another idea would be to look in the Chrome inspector and see if there’s any form data in the source that’s not being displayed (possibly due to a CSS conflict).
