Presales questions : database update, pictures & locations

    Hi there,
    Before buying the full version, I have a few questions :

    1. Automatic update for newly organised events

    I installed the free version and gave the ID of a page to the plugin for it to import the upcoming events.

    The plugin did parse all the upcoming events at the moment of the import but it didn’t update itself with the news events being organised by the page I gave him the ID of.

    Question : As said in the dashboard : “We’ll fetch events for you automatically but you can reload at anytime” how do I make it work ?

    2. Displaying the cover picture

    The plugin did parse the events’ cover picture but it doesn’t display it in the event’s page. How do I enable this function ?

    3. Displaying locations and other info
    Different infos such as position, link to tickets, etc. are being pulled by the plugin but not displayed… how to enable this as well ?

    It typically takes an hour for the events to synchronize automatically. To reload the events you should be seeing a blue reload button next to the imported event id. If you’re not seeing that email support@volk.io and I can look closer at your config.
