    Hi Andre

    Thanks for reaching out.

Give our Page Builder plugin a try:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/siteorigin-panels/

It’ll let you build a grid and insert widgets into the main content area on any post or page.

    Hope that helps πŸ™‚

    Yes, that helped, thanks!

Is there a way I could assign a color for EACH box, not the same for all?

    Thanks!

Could you also tell me if and where there are more templates for the price table? I see “Atom” but that’s it.

    thanks!

Unfortunately not. Both items you’ve mentioned are definitely something we’re keen to add but haven’t yet been able to do so.

Sorry I don’t have more on these points.

Hi, Is there a way to use many different Paypal buttons for the Add to Cart buttons?

I have the original Paypal “form” codes for each different product, but these are “form” codes, so there is a lot of information for each “product.” It’s not a single URL.

    How do I use it?

    Thank you!

Sorry, I don’t have a quick answer there. Best bet is to just try. I have a feeling though that the field in question has relatively strict escaping and will most likely strip the form out. Give it a try though.

    Hi Misplon,

Basically: have you thought about the fact that most people using the pricing tables will also use Paypal for payment gateway?

If the button URL field does not allow us to enter a specific Paypal address, or use a payment gateway, why use it? I’m not sure what to do now, I spent hours setting it up and now need to find another plugin, unless I’m missing something?

    Thanks for any help,

    Andre

Thanks for your feedback. The button URL field is a URL field. It will accept any link. Either a link to a product page on your own site or a PayPal link. It just can’t, to my knowledge, accept a PayPal form. In summary, any link is good to go, you just can’t use the mini-cart.

Creating a page for each product/option with some extra info followed by your PayPal button HTML would be one idea to move forward with your setup as it is now.

Thanks again for your feedback. This is the first time the PayPal button issue has come up. The standard use case would be to link to internal pages on your site. The price table for example would list package A,B and C. Each link would go to a page on the specific package.

Thanks, I understand. May I suggest that to add an e-commerce solution would be a great idea? Instead of multiplying the steps, people could jump to a cart solution immediately.

I will have to see how creating new pages would work.

I think if there could even be a pop-up for each “Add to Cart” button, where I could insert Paypal code, that could be outstanding! A kind of pop-up widget?

Thank you again, I’ll let you know what I decide.

    Regards,

    Andre

For sure, thanks again for the feedback. The Widgets Bundle is growing all the time. If you took a step further and used WooCommerce you could then link each column to a product. The Price Table is intended to be a simple presentation tool that fits into an existing ecommerce environment of some sort.

Let us know if anything else comes up.

That’s an idea… so which plugin would you recommend I use, and do you have a tutorial how they would work together?

    Regards,

As a quick save for all the price table work you’ve done you could try this as a quick 10min experiment.

    1. Plugins > Add New: search for Easy Digital Downloads.
    2. Create a demo product.
    3. Play with the basic settings.
    4. Go back to your price table, link a button to a product.

See if this works for you. See if you like EDD. If you do, then you could spend some more time setting it up.
