• To whom it may concern,

Hello. We are running Metaslider 3.3.3 (free version) in WordPress 4.2.2 on a custom theme.

We have a MetaSlider on our front page and, when viewed in the latest version of Firefox, the text of the banner will start flickering between bold and regular every couple seconds. It does this at multiple window sizes (full screen on larger monitors, full screen on smaller monitors, compressed, etc.). It does not appear to have the same problem in the latest versions of Chrome or Safari.

Edit: I just noticed that the picture also is moving slightly up and down when the font is changing.

Since it is a website under development for a client, I can’t post the URL. I would be glad to send front-end login credentials to an e-mail of a MetaSlider support member.

    Thanks.

  • Hi there,

We would happily take a look if there is an accessible URL?

This type of issue is usually resolved by adding some antialiasing CSS.

    Thanks,
    Dave

    Hi there,

We’d happily take a look when the site becomes accessible.

Alternatively, please consider upgrading at which point we’ll be able to offer the email support you’re looking for.

    Thanks,
    Dave
