Popup not working on iPhone

Hi:
I installed “Popup Maker” on my podcasting site today. The URL is http://www.hablandodetecnologia.com. I linked my first popup to the second banner down on the right sidebar. It’s the one that reads: “QUEREMOS ESCUCHAR TUS SUGERENCIAS”.
Everything seemed to be working fine when I discovered that my popup works fine on my desktop computer (Mac) and on my iPad, but not on my iPhone. In fact, the graphic acts like there’s nothing linked to it at all on my phone.
Here’s the code that I used for my graphic:

I am using a widget called “Enhanced Text” to place the graphic on my sidebar.
Any idea what could be causing this?
