Different crop per content type?

    Hi,

    Is there any way to have different crop parameters depending on what the featured image is attached to?

    For example, when uploading event images, I want them to be set to a very specific size to fit in a carousel, but for other posts, this is not important (though I may yet decide to restrict those differently)

    Is there any way to do this?

    I’m ok with adding custom php if you can point me in the right direction.

    Hi there,

    I think I would achieve this by making different ACF field groups for the various post types. Then for each field group you could apply the customizations to the image field.

    Makes sense?
