Create a new ad, then it disappears

At first I thought I was going crazy, but after a looking over the forum, it looks like others are having a similar issue.
Whenever I create a new ad or group, it appears for a few moments and then disappears. This also causes errors to display as the ads disappear and can no longer be found.
Excited to use this plugin. Was the only thing remotely close to what I needed – all of the other similar plugins were over complicated or just flat out weird.
