    Hi,

I’m having some problems with this plugin on a few sites of mine.
On 2 of my sites I get an 400 bad request error every time I try to save the settings.

1 site is a fresh wordpress installation without any plugins and the default theme, the other site has a ton of addons but always worked fine but stopped working.
I don’t really know when it stopped, because once set up the plugin just works. Only thing I know is that I saw it working about 2-3 months ago.

There are no problems with the other addons I have installed on this server.

I also have 2 other sites with 2 different hosting providers, the plugin works fine on these sites.

Is there anything you can think of why this plugin would error on 1 hosting provider and not on the other?

I’ve already contacted the hosting provider and they dont really know how to help me a.t.m.

    Thanks in advance!

We’ve seen this with sites running caching plugins sometimes.

Otherwise you’ll need to check your php error logs to see what has gone wrong.

I’m not using any caching plugins, does this also happen when the provider is using server side caching?

    Could be.

We’ve seen similar problems with other plugins like WP Fence or hosting provider plugs that aren’t “caching” plugins but have caching or cache like features in them.

I’d suggest getting access to your php error logs and see what is being reported when you save the settings.
