Is the problem happening only with a specific theme?

With other themes there are more errors, but the other are not going on cherryframework. I have discovered what plugin causes the conflict, is the Cherry MediaParallax Plugin, if i disconnect this plugin, the images returns. So, what can be done?

Yes, but that plugin must be active for cherryframework to works fine

I don’t know, I bought the cherry template, and after, in the dashboard, plugins, it was one of the plugins i downloaded and activated for the correct use. I bought the template in templatemonster, i have seen they have documentation about media parallax here http://www.templatemonster.com/help/wordpress-how-to-work-with-cherry-media-parallax-plugin.html
You think is difficult to resolve it? Because, i am programming the project, and i am in a stopped point, so if it will be much time, i should choose another program. I like your program, and i prefer it, but i have no much time for the project

Please escalate this to plugin authors to check why this conflict happens. If it causes conflict probably does so with other profile plugins too. We need to know what are the errors/console erros as from our side UM shows no error by default, have you found the issue to be caused by UM files itself?

how can i find this?
When media parallax is active and UM deactivated all is ok, and viceversa, media parallax off with UM on, all is ok, but if two plugins are activated at the same time the error appears. How can i see how te error is produced?

the authors have said me they don’t take responsabilities about third plugins…
That’s normal, we are not also responsible for fixing their code because UM on its own show no errors, so basically it’s something that is fired when their plugin is active.

They told me they are not responsible of your plugin, and you tell me you are not responsible of his plugin….but, who really knows which of the two plugins is the bad one? You don’t know where the problem is, and they, the same. Well, i will search another program

You bought the cherry template. You use Ultimate Member for free.
UM developers can’t help you unless they buy the cherry template, in which case they’d have to buy every theme and plugin out there for testing purposes, which clearly isn’t realistic.
Yet the cherry template developers can install and test UM for free. And you are their paying customer. Yet they decline to do so. I think that tells you all you need to know.
