Change Pages into Categories on top menu

Hi,

I’ve been checking twice all the topics posted but couldn’t find nothing. I would simply love to have, in both my top menus (the one above the title and the one underneath) to show the Categories instead of the Pages.
I’ve been staring helplessly at the PHP codes for hours but I couldn’t figure out what to change.

If somebody could help me, that would be great 🙂
