How Can My Readers Post Pics to my blog?

    Heya!

    Basically I want to hold a monthly contest on my blog which would involve my readers submitting pics onto my site some how.

    Is there a plug in or any other way for me to easily allow my readers to upload photos and let them publish immediately?

    I found a star rating system that will let my users rate the photos but I need this last piece.
