Customize text of "Older posts" and "Newer posts" on search results page.

If you look at this search: http://www.millerfoodguide.com/page/2/?s=food

you will see that, at the bottom, are links for “Older posts” and “Newer posts”. I need to add my Chinese translation to those. How can I customize that text? Thank you!
