plug in could not be activated due to an error

    Hi,

    When I activated the plugin this what i got

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare json_api_init() (previously declared in /home2/_____/public_html/wp-content/plugins/json-api/json-api.php:24) in /home2/_____/public_html/wp-content/plugins/json-rest-api/plugin.php on line 50

    Could you help me in resolving this issue.
